Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made by employees of client companies through Rulezero Technology Solutions Private Limited’s (Hissa) platform in relation to Employee Stock Option Plan (“ESOP”) exercises and perquisite tax obligations. By initiating a payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Cancellation of Transactions

All payments made towards ESOP exercise consideration and/or perquisite tax liabilities are final, binding, and non-cancellable once the transaction has been successfully authorized through the payment gateway.
No cancellation requests will be entertained post-authorization, as such payments are statutory and/or contractual in nature.
Funds are directly routed to the client’s designated account or the payment aggregator’s escrow account, and not to Hissa’s account.

2. Refunds

Refunds shall not be permissible except under the following limited circumstances:

a. Duplicate Transaction – where the payer’s account has been debited more than once for the same transaction.

b. Failed Transaction – where the payer’s account has been debited but the transaction has not been successfully acknowledged by the payment gateway/client.

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to [pa**********@hi***.com] within seven (7) business days of the transaction date along with a CC to. the HR team of the respective client company, clearly mentioning the transaction reference number and furnishing evidence of debit.
Upon due verification and validation by the payment aggregator and the client company approved refunds will be initiated within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days or such other days as communicated by the payment aggregator and the client company and will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
All refund requests shall be handled directly by the payment aggregator and the client, and Hissa shall bear no responsibility in this regard.

3. Exclusions

No refund or cancellation shall be entertained in respect of payments that have been duly processed and acknowledged as valid transactions for ESOP exercises or perquisite tax payments.
